3rd Jobs are not available in the Job Master NPC. However, you can get a free 3rd Job change via Monthsary NPC or at the starting NPC(Astraeus).
3rd Job experience requirements have been increased to x10, so make sure you can invest time to level up before changing jobs.
When you Rebirth via 3rd Job, only your job level will reset.
3rd Job skill catalysts are available at the upper left part of the mall NPCs.
Job Costume is only available for 3rd Job and expanded/special classes only (Trans 2-2 classes will be temporarily restricted until we've updated the NPC)

GOTM will be postponed for this month, so off-season bonus will be active until the whole September.
Increased the success rate of the following NPCs until the end of the month:
Armor & Costume Enchantment +20%
Skill Rune Fusion 20 > 40%
Skill Rune Creation 20 > 50%
Armor & Costume Awakening NPC will now awaken all 4 stat lines of your equipment at the cost of x8 of the original requirements. With this change, the chance has been decreased to 5%, but will be increased to 10% until the end of the month.

Almost all 3rd Job skills are in Beta mode, and can change anytime. Currently, the following modifications have been applied:
All cast time is set to 0.5s
Cast time is not affected by DEX, but can be affected by items or skill modifiers.
Skill delay is not affected by any item or skill modifiers.
Reworked Basilica:
Basilica now reduces incoming damage by 10% x Skill Level, regardless of who is inside the area of effect.
It can now be used anywhere, even inside castles.
Casting skills are now allowed inside Basilica, except for the original caster/Priest.
Basilica can still be cancelled via Ganbantein or Land Protector.
